Viola Lydia Mastrone Warrington, age 95 of Stratford, widow of Harry B. Warrington passed away on Tuesday April 7, 2015 at Masonic Care in Newtown. Born in Springfield, MA Viola was the daughter of the late Charles and Asunta D'Angelo Mastrone. She worked at Bryant Electric, D.M. Reads and was a nurse's aid prior to her retirement. Viola was a member of the Women's Christian Temperance Union and the Baldwin Center where she was a member and volunteer. She loved traveling, sewing and antique collecting. A loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she will be sadly missed by her beloved family who survive her. A son, Kenneth Warrington and his wife Cheryl of Stratford, a daughter, Barbara Dull and her husband Stephen of Gaylordsville, 3 loving grandchildren, Kenneth S. Warrington, Lynn Blaney and husband Robert and Ocean Dull, 4 great grandchildren, Bradley, Grace, Eva and Benjamin and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers and sisters; Andrew, Michael and David Mastrone, Mae Manzi and Eva Decker. Friends and relatives are invited to attend funeral services on Friday April 10, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in Calvery Evangelical Free Church, 498 White Plains Rd. Trumbull, with Pastor Peter Smith, officiating. Burial will follow in Union cemetery, Stratford. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Dennis & D'Arcy – Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home, 2611 Main St. Stratford.
