Mr. Vincent C. Fahey Jr., age 64 of Stratford died September 27, 2015 at Hewitt Health and Rehab surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Bridgeport, CT on May 29, 1951 a son of the late Vincent C. and Genevieve Garfield Fahey. He is survived by his brother Michael Fahey and sister is-law Mary Onore Fahey, sisters; Patricia and Pamela Fahey. He is also survived by two nephews; Michael and Matthew Fahey, numerous cousins, friends and relatives. Vincent graduated from Bunnell High School in Stratford in 1969. During his high school years he excelled in sports especially track and field. He attended Housatonic Community College, his special interests were politics and history. He was a voracious reader and loved nothing more than settling down with a good book. He was a die-hard fan of Notre Dame Football and never missed a game. Vincent will be sorely missed by all, especially those who loved his wit, charm and intelligence. All funeral services will be held privately.
