Mrs. Victoria Wall, age 94, passed away peacefully in her home on Wednesday, February 18th. She was born in Bridgeport, CT and was one of 14 children. She had a twin brother who predeceased her in infancy.
She worked as a seamstress at Warner Brothers and later as a factory worker at Sikorski and Charter Arms.
After she retired, she volunteered as a foster grandparent helping teachers and special needs students in the school system.
She was predeceased by her 1st husband Andrew Pantalone and her 2nd husband Thomas Wall, and step-son Joseph Wall, she was also predeceased by her parents Stanley Fritz and Stella Publakowska, 5 sisters and 5 brothers, Wanda Butler, Fabronia Lewis, JoAnna Kell, Stella Blachard, Emily Keller, Rudolph Fritz, William Fritz, Arthur Fritz, John Fritz and Victor Fritz.
She is survived by her loving daughters Susan Pantalone, Andrea Wierzbicki of Providence, RI, and Angela Pantalone, her 5 grandchildren Adelle Wierzbicki (Mark) of Providence, RI, Nara Hodgson (Jonathan) of Chesapeake, VA, Mona Crabtree (Richard) of South Sea, England, Naomi Sam of Sarasota, FL and Colette King (Gary), of Providence, RI. 9 great grandchildren Alexis Wierzbicki, Gage Wierzbicki (Alyssa), Tessa and Ari Hodgson, Tallulah Crabtree, Zenia Sam, Antonia Micalina, Lorelei King, 2 sisters Marlynn Tsai and Gloria Fritz, 1 brother Maximillian Fritz as well as several nieces and nephews.
She enjoyed watching old movies and especially liked watching the Lives of the Saints which strengthened her faith. When she was no longer physically able to go to Mass she watched it faithfully on Catholic TV growing close to God. Holidays were always special as she would provide a wonderful spread for the family to gather and enjoy.
Victoria was a positive person, generous and encouraging to all. She was known for her beautiful singing voice and had been a member of the St. Patrick's Church choir. Her hobbies were reading, crocheting, doing jigsaw puzzles on the computer but mostly she loved spending time with her family. She will be forever loved and missed.
A visitation will be held on Monday, March 2, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Dennis & D'Arcy – Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home, 2611 Main Street, Stratford CT 06615. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at St. James Roman Catholic Church, Stratford at 11:00 a.m. with interment to immediately follow in St. Michael's Cemetery, Stratford.
