Tracy is preceded in death by her father David Chase Harding II, and her significant other Carlos Roldan.

Tracy loved boating and fishing with her family.  The happiest times of her life were out on her boat.  Tracy always put the needs of others before her own. She had a heart as big as her smile, to know her was to love her. The love she had for her son's was unconditional.  The 3rd oldest out of 6 children, she often felt she was the boss… she was truly the glue to the Harding family! No task was too big or too small for Bird to handle.  Her contagious laughter will always be remembered, a few of us will never forget her "right hook".  Although Tracy will be missed her memory will always sail on.

In lieu of flowers a monetary blessing can be mailed to her two young sons.
