Gelormini

Thelma Dolores Gelormini, age 82 of Fairfield passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at St. Vincent's Medical Center. Born in New York City on April 22, 1931 she was a daughter of the late Anthony and Antoinette Fasano Gelormini. Thelma, worked for the Norden's Co. as an assembler for many years until her retirement. She was a devoted to her church, St. Ann's Roman Catholic Church in Black Rock, where she served as a Eucharistic Minister. Thelma loved music and singing, she had a fond love for all animals, especially her cat and companion, Bella. She was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers and sister; Joseph, Vincent, William and Claudia Gelormini. Survivors include her sister in-law, Gloria Gelormini of Hudson, Fl, her nieces and nephews; Antoinette Gombeda of Stratford, Geraldine Gemmola, Georgette Gelormini both of Hudson, FL, William and Glen Gelormini both of Houston, TX. She is also survived by 9 great nieces and nephews and 3 great great nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at 10:00 am directly to St. Ann's Roman Catholic Church, Black Rock, with Rev. Peter Lynch officiating. Interment will be private in St. Michael's Cemetery. The hours of visitation will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2013 from 3 to 7 pm at the Dennis & D'Arcy – Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home, 2611 Main Street, Stratford.
