Rose Marie Salamone, age 59, passed peacefully at her home on December 6, 2022. Born on January 5, 1963 in Bridgeport, CT, she was a daughter of the late George and Jennie (Baird) Salamone. She was predeceased by her sisters, Grace Kelemen, Betty Galanek and Jennie Salamone, and brother, George Salamone. She is survived by her sisters Mary Bango (Richard) and Johanna Plaitis (Craig), her brother, Samuel Salamone, and many nieces and nephews and grand-nephews.

Rose was kind and generous and loved to socialize with everyone who crossed her path. She enjoyed going to concerts and spending time with her friends. Above all, Rose loved to be with her family and always put them first. She was a proud sister, aunt and godmother. Designated as the family photographer, she loved to capture her family's memories and proudly displayed photos of each and every one of them on her wall. She will be missed dearly.

Friends may greet the family on Saturday, December 10, 2022 from 2-5pm at the Dennis & D'Arcy – Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home, 2611 Main St., Stratford. A funeral service will take place at 4:30pm.
