Robert Francis Kinney, age 74, beloved son of the late Robert and Florence Arnold Kinney passed away on October 30, 2016 at Bridgeport Hospital. Born in Portland, ME he was a former police officer with the Connecticut State Police. He was an All Star Basketball player with Norte Dame High School and was in their first graduating class. Robert was also an announcer at Louisiana Downs Race Track and later was owner of US 1 Pawn Shop in Milford. Survivors include his devoted sister, Darlene Rusinak and her husband John of Stratford , a niece, Kimberly Rusinak and her husband Nelson and a nephew, Jason Rusinak.
