Rebecca (Arabella) Lynn Sabo, age 24, of Shelton passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday April 5, 2017 in Yale New Haven Hospital after a brief illness. Born in Bridgeport she had previously worked as a cashier at Walmart before leaving to devote her time to raising her twins who survive her, Jaiden Jose and Jayla Leigh Ortiz of Shelton. Also survived by her beloved grandparents , Mary and Anthony Tecci of Shelton, her fiancé, Jaime Ortiz of Derby, her father Louis Sabo of Florida, stepfather, Kenneth Warren, of Shelton, two brothers, Nicholas A. (Nanette) Sullivan of Shelton and Jonathan T. Warren of Milford, her aunt, Gina (Michael) Bennett of Shelton, uncles, Anthony Tecci Jr. of New Haven and Michael (Angie) Tecci of Stratford, niece, Aubree Sabo and nephew, Sebastian Sullivan. Also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her mother, Pamela Ann Nathan Warren and her sister Leigh Sabo. Rebecca was a kind and generous soul with a giving heart. She adored her twins and enjoyed spending each day with them. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday April 11, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the Dennis & D'Arcy – Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home, 2611 Main St. Stratford. A funeral Service will follow the visitation at 7:30 p.m. in the funeral home officiated by Rev. Mariusz M. Olbrys, Parochial Vicar of St. Joseph Church, Shelton.
