Raven Marie Carofano, age 30, of Ansonia, passed away on November 3, 2024. Born on April 3, 1994, at Bridgeport Hospital, she was the cherished daughter of Jeffery Carofano and the late Nicole Panuzio. Known for her radiant personality, Raven brought joy to all who knew her, dedicating her life to her family and her passion for mental health awareness.

Raven was a devoted mother to her beloved son, Emmett, whom she loved deeply. She graduated with a degree in psychology and was a strong advocate for mental health, always striving to bring comfort to those in need. Her kindness, humor, and caring nature will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

In addition to her beloved son, Emmett, Raven is survived by her father, Jeffery Carofano of New Haven; her siblings, Tiffany Carofano and Dominic Carofano of Ansonia and Seymour; her aunt, Kerry Carofano; and her cousins, Marc, Megan, and Marissa Carofano of Pennsylvania. Raven was predeceased by her mother, Nicole Panuzio; her grandmothers, Ann M. Panuzio and Paulette Lorette; and her uncles, Marc Carofano and Nick Panuzio.

Raven leaves behind many family members and friends who loved her dearly and will forever cherish her memory.

Friends may greet the family from 1:00-4:00pm on Sunday, November 17, 2024 at the Dennis & D'Arcy - Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home, 2611 Main St., Stratford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, November 18th at 11:00 a.m. at St. Gabriel Church, 26 Broadway, Milford, CT, followed by interment at St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford.
