Obituary

Ralph Edward Dennon son of Ralph and Luisa Richards Dennon passed away on November 30, 2014 peacefully at home. Ralph graduated from Warren Harding High School in 1936 and from Bridgeport Engineering Institute before beginning his business career at Manning, Maxwell & Moore. He served his country in World War II in the U.S Navy in both the Atlantic and Pacific Theaters. When he returned from his service he enrolled in the RCA School of Electronics and upon graduation he started Nutmeg Television with his cousins. Ralph later was employed by Echlin Mfg and retired from Norden Systems division of UTC.
In addition to his parents, Ralph was predeceased by his brother Richard, sister Margaret and cousins Benjamin & Celeste Cuming Tator, Joseph Cuming, Norma Cirelli Cuming, Orten & Marie Hogan Pengue, Robert & Rosemarie Pengue Miller, Joseph & Sue Neary Pengue and George LaBaoult.
Ralph is survived by his loving cousins MaryLou LaBaoult, Louis Edward Cuming, Arthur Pengue, Theresa Lioci Cuming and all the children of "the nine cousins". He will also be missed by life-long friends Robert & Pauline Kretvix, Janice Rainey and F. Paul and Judy Kurmay.
At Ralph's request there will be no calling hours and in lieu of flowers donations in his memory can be made to the charity of one's choice.
Friends are invited to join the family at a Graveside service on Saturday December 6, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. in St Michael Garden Mausoleum Chapel, 2205 Stratford Ave. Stratford, with Deacon F. Paul Kurmay, officiating, Full military honors will follow. ( Please enter the Main gate of the Cemetery on Stratford Ave and proceed to the first building on the left side). Ralph, yours was a kind and gentle soul and you touched the hearts of all who crossed your path. You were "The Glue" that held "The Nine Cousins" together. We love you and you will never be forgotten by "The Cousins"
