Priscilla Irene (Samu) Nadhazi, 76, of Stratford, CT passed away on October 30, 2022 with loved ones by her side. Priscilla was born on June 23, 1946 in Bridgeport, CT to Jarvis and Margaret (Campbell) Samu.

Priscilla was preceded in death by her father, Jarvis, and mother, Margaret, husband, Joseph Nadhazi, son, Keith Norman Scheck Jr., step-son, Michael Nadhazi, granddaughter, Christina Dawn Kopec, brother, John Samu, sister, Margaret (Samu) Paniccia, and nephew, Mark Paniccia. She is survived by two daughters, Dawn Scheck Kopec and Tammy Scheck Roman (Tony), as well as her stepsons Mark Nadhazi (Amy), Joseph Nadhazi (Sophia), Christopher Nadhazi (Dianne), brother Kenneth Samu, and grandchildren Amanda, Bryan, Cassie, Shyanne, Samantha, Mark, Lucas, Jonathan, Daniel, Noah, Margaret, and Julia in addition to cousins, nieces and nephews whom she adored.

Jogging suit-wearing, bingo-loving, puzzle-building, bulldog-raising, grand-mothering, hug-giving, mac-n-cheese-making, card-playing, straight-shooting, lover-of-life Priscilla was the life of the party with the craziest stories and jokes that made you spit out your drink.  She is the role model for what it is to love someone unconditionally. As a former CNA, her care for others was unmatched and her love for her family was exponentially greater. She was everyone's shoulder to cry on and sounding board on a rough day. Her thoughtfulness and specific advice were cherished and will be missed by all who were lucky enough to experience it.
