Patricia Irene Baker, age 63 of Stratford passed away on Saturday January 10, 2015 at Bridgeport Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Born in Bridgeport she was the daughter of the late John and Irene Florian Castelot, Patricia was a postal clerk with the U.S.P.S. She enjoyed gardening, knitting, crocheting and wrote poetry. Patricia had a sense of humor which she shared with her family which meant everything to her. Survivors include her beloved husband Edward D. Baker, her loving daughter, Amanda Joy Baker of Rockland, ME, her devoted brothers and sisters; John Castelot and wife Lorraine of Ansonia, William Castelot of West Haven, James Castelot of New Haven, Thomas Castelot of Stratford, Maureen Santoro and husband John of Oxford, Lawrence Castelot and wife Shelley of Oxford, Timothy Castelot of Stratford and Susan Powers and husband Glenn of South Carolina and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Daniel Castelot. Friends and relatives are invited to attend a graveside service on Thursday January 15, 2015 at 12:00 noon in the Willowbrook Cemetery, 395 Main St. Westport with Rev. Clayton Ford, officiating.
