Miroslawa Ambroziak Jakubowska, age 72 of Bridgeport, entered into eternal life on Thursday, November 24, 2016 at Bridgeport Hospital. Born in Pozarzyn, Poland, she was the daughter of the late Tadeusz and Jozefa Ambroziak. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed gardening and listening to Polish songs. She loved life and her family dearly and always greeted everyone with a smile. Her love for flowers was great, there could never be enough flowers in her garden. She is survived by her beloved husband Edward Jakubowski; two daughters, Edyta Zach of Marki, Poland and Justyna DeBiase and her husband John of Stratford; a sister, Barbara Krzeminska of Poland; four loving grandchildren, Marta Zach, Katarzyna Zach, John DeBiase and Justin DeBiase and a niece and nephew. She will be missed dearly by all who knew her.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Dennis & D'Arcy – Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home, 2611 Main St., Stratford.

Friends and relatives are invited to attend at Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday November 30, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. in St. Michael the Archangel Church, 310 Pulaski St. Bridgeport. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Monroe.
