Mary Martha Gray, age 97, of Shelton previously of Stratford and widow of Joseph Gray passed away on October 7, 2014 at Bishop Wicke Health Care. Born in Bridgeport she was the daughter of George and Mary Wurm. Mary was a retired school teacher in Essex and Fairfield School System and was a member of the Bridgeport and Fairfield Retired teachers association. She was active in Summerfield United Methodist Church. She is survived by several nephews. A memorial service took place on Oct. 27, 2014 in Bishop Wicke Heath Center with Rev. Marjorie Nunes and Rev. Jim Stinson officiating. Friends are invited to attend a graveside service on Friday October 31, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport.
