Maria DeBiasi Pensiero, age 92 of Fairfield previously of Bridgeport and widow of Ernest Pensiero pass away on Monday, December 26, 2016 at Cambridge Manor Health Care. Born in Italy she was the daughter of the late Francesco and Maria Rosina Pelosi DeBiasi. She was a seamstress for Remington Rand Company of Bridgeport and a member of the Ladies garment union. Survivors include her devoted children; a son, Frank Pensiero and his wife Rosalie of Gilbert AZ, 2 daughters, Roseann Hernandez and her husband David of, FL and Ann Marie Martin and her husband James of AZ, 7 grandchildren and one great grandson. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday December 29, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Dennis & D'Arcy – Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home, 2611 Main St. Stratford. Friends are invited to attend funeral services on Friday December 30, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home with Deacon Raymond Chervenak, officiating. Burial will follow in St. Michael Cemetery.
