Lynn Ann Muller Geiste, age 59, beloved wife of Roy T. Geiste (Buzz) of Seymour passed away unexpectedly early on Thursday morning February 9, 2017 at Griffin Hospital. Born in Bridgeport she was the daughter of Elmer Gus Muller and the late Ann Vasko Muller both of Stratford. Lynn was a self employed home daycare provider and took great pride in it, showing all her children unconditional love for the past 29 years. She also was a co-owner of Roaring Brook Camp Ground in Stafford Springs with her husband Buzz. Survivors in addition to her husband and father are her devoted children; two sons, Eric Thomas Geiste and Nicholas Roy Geiste both of Seymour, a daughter, Gretchen Ann Geiste and her fiancé Nicholas Couture of Wallingford, a brother, John (Julie) Muller of Stratford, a sister, Nancy (Richard) Diamond of Ansonia, and Goddaughter and niece, Bryana Diamond. Nieces and nephews; Erin (Andi) Gabor and Allison (Bob) Slowikowski, Kristen Muller, Kyle Geiste and Ryan Geiste, and Jonathan Diamond, her mother in law; Constance Geiste of Stratford and predeceased by her father in law, Thomas Geiste. Also survived by her brother in law, Douglas (Janice) Geiste of North Haven and sister in law, Constance (Robert) Gabor of Bristol. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, February 17, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the Dennis & D'Arcy – Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home, 2611 Main St. Stratford. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home at 7:30 p.m. following the visitation with Deacon Raymond Chervenak, officiating.
