Luisa Brigida Ulloa Hartwell, age 70 of Stratford passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at Bridgeport Hospital. She was the widow of Richard Russell Hartwell. Born in San Jose, Costa Rica on November 18, 1944 she was a daughter of the late Juan and Agripina Ulloa Cisneros. Luisa work for Hershey Metal Company for many years until her retirement. She is survived by her loving children; Juan Alberto Hartwell, Luis Guillermo Hartwell and Mary-Ellen Hartwell Canas all of Stratford. Her grandchildren; Desiree Hartwell Perez, Luis G. Hartwell, Justin A. Canas, Sol Stephanie Hartwell, D'Artgnan Hartwell, Jessica Marie Hartwell, Samantha Marie Canas and Jonathan M. Hartwell. She is also survived by her great grandchildren; Liana Perez, Josiah Luis Hartwell and Tiana Perez. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, November 9, 2015 at 10:30 AM at St. Charles Roman Catholic Church, Bridgeport. Interment will follow in the Riverside Cemetery, Shelton.
