Lori A. Dolinski Antonik, age 45, born in Bridgeport, raised in Stratford, CT, and resided in Charlotte, NC the past 15 years has passed suddenly in her home on Monday, May 9, 2016. Lori was a graduate of St. Joseph's High School and Southern Connecticut State University with a business degree. She leaves behind her loving husband, Michael, step-children, Shawn and PJ, her mother, Susan Montambo Dolinski and her partner Frank Rotini. She was pre deceased by her adoring father, Wayne S. Dolinski. She also leaves behind her brother, Todd of Charlotte, NC, niece and nephew, Isabella and Jake Dolinski and many uncles, aunts, cousins and her feline children, Shadow and Professor Sampson, whom she treasured dearly. Lori worked tirelessly as a residential and commercial property manager in Charlotte for the past 15 years. Her passions included her family, cooking and traveling to tropical islands. It was a treat to be invited to one of Lori's brunches or dinners. One could expect homemade pastas and breads, Italian dishes were her specialty. Lori loved the blue waters and sunsets of the Caribbean. She was an avid scuba diver and couldn't get enough of snorkeling. Lori's love of life, adventure and thrill led her to live in St. Thomas USVI and San Francisco simply for the purpose of exploring new opportunities. In the early 90's one could turn television's Club MTV on and find Lori not missing a beat on the dance floor! She was our families' sparkle and will be sorely missed. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday May 17, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Dennis & D'Arcy – Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home, 2611 Main St. Stratford with a funeral service starting at 7:30 p.m. in the funeral home. Also a graveside service will be held on Thursday May 19, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Michael Cemetery Stratford.
