Leonard H. Dadukian, age 87, of Stratford passed away on April 27, 2014 at Calvary Hospice, Bronx , NY. Born in Manhattan , NY on June 3, 1926, he was the son of the late George and Bessie Boyajian Dadukian. Leonard attended Maplewood School in Bridgeport and was a retired machinist and Tool designer for Textron. He was a WWII and Korean War Veteran serving in the US Navy and was honorably discharge in 1946 at Lido Beach, Long Island. Leonard was a member of the Fidelity St. John Lodge # 3 A.F. & A.M. in Fairfield and enjoyed boating. Survivors include his devoted brother, Willis Dadukian and his wife Kathryn of Ocala, FL , a nephew, David Dadukian and his wife Bianka of Metairie, Louisiana, a grandnephew, Alexander and grandniece Marlene. Friends are invited to attend funeral services on Wednesday April 30, 2014 at 7 p.m. in the Dennis & D'Arcy – Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home, 2611 Main St. Stratford with Rev. James Marshall, officiating. Burial will be in Middletown National Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday from 6 to 7 p.m. prior to services.
