Lawrence Patrick O'Leary, age 54 of Seymour passed away on Friday, July 24, 2015 at Mass General in Boston after being critically injured on July 10th on a Boston construction site. He was the devoted husband of Natallia A. Shkultsetskaya O'Leary. Born in Bridgeport on July 14, 1961 he was a son of Lawrence and Arlene May O'Leary of Lordship. Larry attended Lordship Grammar School and Stratford High School and Iron Worker Apprentice School Local 424 in New Haven. Larry was a hardworking, loving, honest and gentle man. He worked as a structural iron worker for over 30 years in CT, NY and MA. Larry's goal in life was to be the best structural iron worker he could be and he was. He enjoyed family time and handcrafting leather ironworker belts. In addition to his parents and wife he is survived by his daughter Katrine Valentine O'Leary and his siblings; Erin O'Leary of East Haven, Eileen Dunn O'Leary of Stratford, Maureen Phillip and her husband William of Seymour and Patrick O'Leary of Lordship. He is also survived by his aunt; Rita Mushinsky, uncle; Arthur May and several nieces and nephews and cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, July 30, 2015 at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Peace Roman Catholic Church, Lordship. Interment will follow in the Riverside Cemetery, Shelton. The hours of visitation will take place on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 from 5 to 8 pm at the Dennis & D'Arcy – Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home, 2611 Main Street, Stratford.
