We are heartbroken and devastated to announce the passing of Kurt H. Schneider on March 11, 2023.

Born in Bridgeport on August 13, 1989, he was the son of David M. Schneider (Lisa) and the late Wendy Quintiliano.  He is also survived by his brother Nicholas Schneider, grandmothers Marcia R. Heimann (William) and Carol Galemba, grandfather Paul Quintiliano (Betsey), great-grandmother Adele Witt, aunts Becky Galemba, Robin Keller (Donald), cousins Dylan & Tyler DeSanty and many aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends too numerous to mention.

Kurt grew up in Fairfield where he attended school and graduated from Fairfield Warde in 2007.  He later moved up to North Haven.  As a child he was the sweetest little boy.  He loved being with his family and he made everyone's day brighter with his cute and heartwarming smile.  Kurt loved to swim and snuggle with his animals.  He was an animal lover, and especially adored his cats Lucy & Punk.  He enjoyed going out to eat, traveling and going on cruises with his family. He grew up to be such a respectful young man.  He was a peaceful and gentle soul who cared deeply for those he was close to.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2023 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Dennis & D'Arcy – Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home, 2611 Main St., Stratford. Friends and relatives are invited to attend a graveside service on Friday, March 17, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. in Lawncroft Cemetery, 1740 Black Rock Turnpike, Fairfield.
