Kevin B. Gallagher, age 76 of Naugatuck passed away peacefully on May 5, 2026, with his family by him. Born in Mt. Vernon, NY to the late Thomas & Rosalind Loveridge Gallagher. Kevin served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam war and in later years, he was a mechanic by trade.

Kevin enjoyed golfing, reading, and watching classic movies and TV shows. In his younger years, he also loved riding his motorcycle. He cherished time with his children and grandchildren, sharing stories from his youth and listening to their adventures and accomplishments. Watching his grandchildren grow and pursue their passions brought him great pride and happiness. His family will always cherish the memories they made together.

He was loved and cared for by his daughter's Kelly (Jack) Wallace of Stratford, Laura (Mike) Yarish) of Shelton and his son Shane of Okinawa, Japan, his six grandchildren Amanda & Zakkary Wallace and Hannah & Sarah Yarish and Kai & Mary Gallagher. As well as lifelong special friends, Jackie & Al DeLuca.

Friends and family may greet the family on Saturday, May 23, 2026,  from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Dennis & D'Arcy – Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home, 2611 Main St. Stratford.

Burial will be private.
