Kathleen Irene Evans Muzzio, age 78 of Middletown passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2015 at Middlesex Hospital. Born in Bronx, New York on November 28, 1936 she was a daughter of the late Milo and Margaret Kelly Evans. Kathy had worked at CBS in Stamford and in the engineering department at Sikorsky Aircraft in Stratford. She enjoyed painting, sewing and loved to dance. She is survived by her loving children; John Muzzio of San Diego, CA., Kathleen Hurney and her husband James of Livermore, CA., Mary Ellen Godin of Meriden and Patricia Fleury of Southbury. Sisters; Marie Busk and Irene Rieve both of Milford. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her bother Richard Evans. A service in her memory will take place on Saturday, September 12, 2015 at 11:00 am at the Dennis & D'Arcy – Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home, 2611 Main Street, Stratford. Friends may greet the family Saturday morning from 10:00 am until time of services.
