Kathleen Hughes Beaty was called home by the Lord on Friday, June 12, 2015. She was born in Clayton, New Jersey on April 19, 1949 and is survived by her husband David of Stratford, her mother Janet Jackson of Cherry Hill , New Jersey, her sisters Janet Darazsdi of Amelia Island, Florida, Loretta DiGiulio and Mary Muldoon , both of Southern New Jersey.,and several cousins. Kathleen was a graduate of the University of Bridgeport, and was an optician licensed with C.O.A. and A.B.O. for forty years, most recently employed by Kennedy & Perkins Opticians of New Haven. She was a long -time Stratford resident and a great animal lover; particularly of her cats .She will be sadly missed. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday June 17, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Dennis & D'Arcy – Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home, 2611 Main St. Stratford. Friends and relatives are invited to attended funeral services on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home with Chaplain Paul Jennings, officiating.
