Josh, our son; beautiful, loving, giving soul left this world with his family at his side.Joshua William Hogberg, 35 of Shelton, Connecticut went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 11, 2023.

Born in Bridgeport Hospital on October 20, 1988 to Craig S. Hogberg and Melanie C. Cink.  Joshua was a friend to all, bringing home injured animals and friends for his parents to "make better".  Josh grew up in Stratford, Connecticut, graduated from Platt Regional Technical School and began a career in plumbing.  A jack of all trades who learned, in school and with his father, to repair all kinds of items.  Growing up he was active in his church and at Silver Lake Conference Center in Sharon, CT. Josh loved to be outdoors and spend time fishing, teaching his nephew his skills.

Joshua is survived by his father Craig Hogberg and his wife Sheralee. His mother Melanie Kraus and her husband Theodore.  Also survived by his sister, Lauren Firimonte and her husband John.  His brother Nicholas Hoberg and his fiancé Joanna Pilichowska.  Josh is also survived by the kids he loved - nephews and nieces, Steven and Lily Firimonte, Tymon Hogberg. In addition, Josh is survived by his wife of 5 years, Jennifer Nardo.

A private memorial service will take place at his church, the First Congregation Church of Stratford.
