John David Dzialowy was born on July 5, 1957 and died July 11, 2015. John was known as "John the Pirate." He loved music, going to concerts, and Polish festivals. He was devoted to his family, friends, and his cat Pudgy. He was a member Church of Christ. John is survived by his parents, two brothers, three children, four grandchildren, a nephew, and life partner. John was a friend of Bill W. All services will be held private.
