Jean Sanford Voos, age 87, of Stratford passed away peacefully on October 16, 2015 at home surrounded by her family. Born in Bridgeport she was the daughter of the late Harry and Ann Wright and the widow of Edward W. Sanford (1984) and Frank J. Voos (2007). Jean was a retired legal secretary of Nicholas T. Giangrasso, Esq. She is survived by her daughter, Donna ( Keith) Attenborough of Newburyport, MA and her sons, David E. ( Marianne) Sanford of Stratford and Paul W. Sanford of Seymour, her grandsons, Matthew Attenborough, Richard Sanford and his fiancée Veronica Misiewicz and Robert (Tracy) Sanford, her great grandchildren, Lance Flanary and Lily and Lucy Sanford. She is also survived by her half-sister, Janice A. Wise of Idaho and half-brother, Jack Wright of South Carolina and several nieces and nephews and by her devoted friend and caregiver, Anna Eliashvili.
