Jane Rush Arbisi, age 72 of Stratford, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 08, 2013 at the Watermark Assisted Living, Bridgeport. She was the devoted wife of Anthony Arbisi. Born in Stamford, Texas on February 4, 1941 she was the daughter of the late Milton and Elizabeth Carnahan Rush, and her beloved stepmother, Violet Rush. Professionally, Jane's endeavors ranged from legal secretary to small business owner to executive assistant. She was a loving mother and devoted Marine wife, always involved in her community church and a long time member of Beta Sigma Phi International. Jane was an avid ballroom dancer and traveler, she also enjoyed exercising, playing bridge and her trips to the beach. In addition to her husband Anthony, she will be sadly missed by her daughters; Denae (Mike) Senise, Sheila (Paul) Ryan; her step children; Anthony (Sherri) Arbisi Jr., Theresa (Mike) Kearns, Thomas (Hulda) Arbisi and Timothy (Barb) Arbisi. She is also survived by her granddaughter; Ava Senise, grandsons; Brady and Mitchell Ryan, 14 step grandchildren and 11 step great grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to attend a service in her memory on Sunday, August 11, 2013 at 1:00 pm at the Stratford United Methodist Church, 2600 Main Street, Stratford, with Rev.
