James J. Morrissey's Obituary
James J. Morrissey, age 88 of Stratford, passed away peacefully on March 8, 2023 at Bridgeport Hospital. Born on July 24, 1934, in Bridgeport, CT, he was the son of the late James Morrissey and Doris Armstrong.
James had a true zest for life. He enjoyed shooting and his time at the Ansonia Gun Club. He also enjoyed motorcycling, and skydiving. James loved spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his daughter Pamela Riekert (Joseph) of Milford; grandchildren Elyse Riekert and Amy Riekert; sisters Lynn Wolfe and Marge Henderson, and several nieces and nephews.
