Howard Earl Eldridge, age 70, of Shelton, entered into rest on Friday, September 27, 2024, at Bridgeport Hospital.  He was the devoted husband of the late Daleann Pivola-Eldridge.  Howard was born in Bridgeport on November 8, 1953, son of the late Charles Eldridge and Laura (Scinto) D'Andrea, and lived in Shelton CT.

He worked as a professional singer and started singing in the early 1970's.  His career spanned over 5 decades and toured the world with several well-known bands and musicians.  If you had the pleasure of hearing "Howie" sing  you instantly knew of his unique talent and could feel the emotion of the music he sang.

He is survived by his brother Stuart Eldridge and his wife Lauren, their children Jessica and Carolyn, and several cousins.
