Harry Rywak, age 90, of Shelton beloved husband of Norma L. Riley Rywak passed away Wednesday January 29, 2014 at the Jewish Home for the Elderly. Born in New Kensington, PA, the son of the late Michael and Mary Rywak, Harry was a letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service from 1956 until his retirement. He served his country proudly in Guam during WW II, enlisting the U.S. Coast Guard and serving from 1942 until 1945. Harry was an avid gardener and loved the outdoors which he instilled in his daughters. He is survived by three loving daughters, Susan Bielicki and her husband James of Huntington, Kathy Schaap of Wilmington, DE and Michele Daemmer of Tucson, AZ , two grandchildren, Scott and wife Masako Jones of Norcross, GA and Jennifer Curran of New Orleans, LA , a great granddaughter, Stephanie Jones and several nieces and nephews.
