George Malishchak Jr. age 78 of Milford passed away on Oct. 2, 2025.  Born in Bridgeport he was the son of the late George Malishchak Sr. and Frances Sudvoy Malishchak.

He was very active in the VFW  and the Marine Corp League at the Raymond T. Goldbach Post 9460 in Stratford.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting and was a Dodgers and Giants Fan and loved western movies.

He is survived by is devoted son  Peter M. Malishchak of Milford, his sister, Gail Reeb of Newtown and several, cousins  nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held on Monday Oct, 6, 2025 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Dennis & D'Arcy – Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home,  2611 Main St. Stratford. A prayer service will be held Monday at 6:00p.m. in the funeral home.
