George S. Hawksley, age 82 of Trumbull, previously of Bridgeport passed away on Monday October 14, 2013 in St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in Bridgeport, George was the son of the late George W. and Emily D. Hawksley. He was an assembler for Bridgeport Machine for 30 years before his retirement in 1995 and was a member of the American Legion. He was a WWII US Army Veteran. Survivors include his beloved wife Judy Yim Hawksley, three sons, George, Harvey and Stephen Hawksley and three daughters, Eileen Toth, Susan Racz and Judith Hoyt as well as many grandchildren and nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his first wife Alice Siksay Hawksley. Friends are invited to attend funeral services on Wednesday October 16, 2013 at 11 a.m. in the Dennis & D'Arcy – Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home, 2611 Main St. Stratford. Burial will follow in Mt. Grove Cemetery. There will be no prior calling hours.
