On Tuesday, May 24, 2022 George passed peacefully in Bridgeport Hospital. George was born April 8, 1950 in Bridgeport, CT, to Michael and Mae Ardito (predeceased). He was one of seven children. Grace, Ann, Michael Jr.(predeceased), Rich, Barbara, and Rosemary. He had three sons, George Jr. (predeceased), Robert, and David. George was a quiet, kind soul with many friends. He would give you the shirt off of his back, and he didn't even have to know you. He is survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews who adored him. He was a painter just like his father, and big brother, and if you knew George, you knew that he had a love for bicycles. For a man who didn't say much, he left a big impact on many, and will be truly be missed.

Friends may greet the family on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Dennis & D'Arcy - Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home, 2611 Main St. Stratford with a funeral service starting at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
