Francis "Frank" Remick Wentworth III, age 59, of Guilford passed away on Wednesday December 28, 2016 while surrounded by loved ones. Born in Stafford Springs, he was the son of Mary Marocchini Wentworth of Enfield and the late Francis Remick Wentworth Jr. Frank worked at Quality Stair in Bridgeport and was an avid golfer. Survivors in addition to his beloved mother include his devoted children; Samantha Murphy and her husband Frank of Orange, Erik Wentworth and his wife Tricia of Dracut, MA, and Emily Wentworth of Guilford, the mother of his children, Daryl Wentworth, two brothers, John Wentworth and wife Kathy of South Windsor, Paul Wentworth and wife Rebecca of Union, two sisters, Mary Sawyer of Simsbury and Patricia Drzyzga and husband William of Tolland, two loving grandchildren, Natalie Wentworth and Frank Murphy and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Saturday January 7, 2016 from 12:00 noon to 4:00 PM in the Dennis & D'Arcy – Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home, 2611 Main St. Stratford.
