Francis X. Ackley, a longtime resident of Lordship, died Friday, March 27th at Bridgeport Hospital after a long illness. He was 57 years old. He was predeceased by his parents, Lawrence and Lenore Ackley and by a brother, Gregory. Survivors include his two sisters, Laurie Adams and her husband Michael of North Carolina and Lucie Ackley of Missouri , his brother, Jon Ackley and his wife Judy of Stratford and by his nephew, Jonathan Ackley of Norfolk, Mass.

Friends and relatives are invited to attend a memorial Mass of Christian Burial, celebrated on Friday, May 15 at 11 am, at Our Lady Of Peace Church in Lordship. Interment will be private and calling hours have been omitted. To offer online condolences please visit www.dennisanddarcy.com
