Ella Ramig Bradbury, age 105, of Shelton passed away at home on Tuesday October 15, 2013. She was born in Bedford, NH on April 15, 1908 and was a resident of the Lordship area of Stratford for 56 years before moving to Crosby Commons in Shelton. Ella was a Life Deacon of the Lordship Community Church since 1982. She was also a Stratford Red Cross volunteer and delivered Meals on Wheels for many years with her husband, Joseph. Ella was predeceased by her husband Joseph Walter Bradbury after 63 years of marriage, their son David of Port Ludlow, WA and granddaughter Kim Johnson of Utah. Survivors include a son, James Bradbury and his wife Patty of San Diego, CA, 2 daughters, Janet Foote and husband Ray of Yuba City, CA and Nancy Lee of Denver, CO; a daughter-in-law, Kathleen Bradbury of Anchorage, AK, 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. The will be no calling hours. Friends and relatives are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Saturday October 19, 2013 at 1 p.m. in the Lordship Community Church, 179 Prospect Drive, Stratford with Rev.
