Dorothy Grace Curtis, Age 95, passed away peacefully on September 10, 2013 in Greenwood , South Carolina . She was the widow of Roger M. Curtis Born in Bridgeport on October 26, 1917 , she was the daughter of Edward and Grace Stenstream. "Dot", graduated from Stratford High School , class of 1935 and the Bayliss School of Business. She worked in the offices of the D.M. Read Co. in Bridgeport before becoming a full time mom of 4 boys. Before retiring to Greenwood, she was a resident of the towns of Stratford (Lordship), Fairfield , and New Milford , Connecticut. She is survived by two sons, Clifford M. Curtis and his wife Susan of Portsmouth, R.I and Wayne B. Curtis and his wife Christine of Bethel, CT and her daughter-in-laws, Alice Ann Curtis of Pasadena , CA. and Faith Curtis of Holland Michigan. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. In addition to her beloved husband, she was predeceased by her two sons Alan R. Curtis and Edward A. Curtis and her grand daughter, Annette Curtis. Family and Friends are invited to attend graveside services on Saturday, November 30, 2013 at 1:00 pm at the Nichols Farm Burial Ground.
