Dain Gary Peebles, age 53 of Stratford passed away suddenly on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at his home.  Born on February 5, 1965 he was the son of Gary and Alice Danbury Peebles of Stratford. He proudly served with the US Air Force and was a man of many talents. He was currently a truck driver for MCN Distributors.  Dain was passionate with renaissance fairs, and was active with Southern CT Ren Fair then Midsummer Fantasy Ren Fair.  He also enjoyed Pirate Shows and was an avid sword fighter. Most of all he loved motorcycles and was active with the Gold Wing Touring Assoc.  Dain was an unforgettable character, everyone's best friend, and always ready to lend a helping hand.  In addition to his loving parents he is survived by his daughters; Jennifer and Julia Peebles as well as their mother Jacqueline Peebles all of Shelton. 3 sisters; Heather (Rich) Licti, Marion (Jeff) Wakeman and Amber (Christopher) Hutton and brothers in-law, Jerome, Jonathan and Jeffery Lyons and extended family. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 1:00 pm at the First Baptist Church , 126 Washington Ave. , Bridgeport.
