Concetta Yolanda Stabile, age 95, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at St. Joseph's Center. Born on May 25, 1924 in Stratford, she was a daughter of the late Nicola and Maria (Cheuimbolo) Fiumara.

Tina loved cooking for her family. She would never quite give you all the ingredients in a dish. Her lawn was always cut and her car was showroom clean. She took great pride in everything she did. She always had a warm smile on her face. She had a love for all animals. She will be sorely missed.

Concetta was predeceased by her beloved husband, Alfred Stabile Sr.; her sisters, Mary Hargus and Rose Lasorso; and her brothers, Bill, Fred and Vincent Fiumara; also Alfred Stabile Jr. and her special niece Shirley Hargus who she enjoyed going to the movies with. She is survived by her loving daughter Carol Buzak Hamilton (Gary) of Stratford; her grandchildren, Cheryl Ventriglia (Bruce) of Shelton, Michael Hamilton (Liz) of Stratford, and Alfred Stabile III (Cheri) of Florida; her great-grandson, Jacob Hamilton of Stratford, many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and her lifelong friend June.

Friends may greet the family on Monday, June 24, 2019 from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the Dennis & D'Arcy – Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home, 2611 Main St., Stratford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, June 24, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Grace, 497 Second Hill Lane, Stratford. Interment will follow at St. Michael's Cemetery in Stratford.
