Charles Rodriguez passed away on December 30, 2021 in Bridgeport, CT.  Beloved son, brother, husband, father, uncle and friend, his loving and lively spirit will be missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.

Charles was born on October 21, 1928 to Teresa Dorado and Lucas Rodriguez, in New York City, NY.

Charles served his country honorably in the Army as a paratrooper.

In 1956 he married Betty Fellows.  They had one child, son Charles William who predeceased him in 2001.

Charles had great love was for his family, including his nieces Patty, Mary Lou, Lorie and Terri, and his nephew Will and was happily known as "Uncle Charlie" to all of them.

Charles was predeceased by his wife Betty and his sister Anne.

Following his wife's death, Charles was very fortunate to meet Marian Mastro (while taking ballroom dancing lessons), and they remained constant companions for some 25 years.  Marian's family thanks Charles for his loving and faithful support.

Charles enjoyed his later years playing ping pong and having lunch with his buddies at the Senior Center, and everyone was sorry when that activity ended with the Covid pandemic.

Charles worked at Textron in Bridgeport for many years before retiring.
