Carolyn Moyher, age 72 of West Halifax, VT formerly of Nichols passed away on Friday, February 17, 2017 at South Western Medical Center in Bennington. She was the widow of William Moyher. Born in Bridgeport, CT on July 13, 1944 she was a daughter of the late Henry and Veronica Mahar. Carolyn worked many years alongside her husband at the family business, Moyher Brothers Concrete Company. After her retirement she enjoyed being a school bus driver and being a part of the Red Hatters Club in Vermont. She is survived by her 3 loving sons; William Moyher, Charles Moyher both of Milford and Paul Moyher with whom she resided with in VT. She is also survived by her sister, Veronica Becroft and grandchildren; Talia (Ed) Zerkle, Kyle (Jessica) Moyher, Evan Moyher, Charlie Moyher and Andrew Scully and great grandchildren, Logan and Riley. She is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at 11:00 am at St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church in Nichols. Interment will follow in Nichols Cemetery. Friends may greet the family on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 from 4 to 8 pm at the Dennis & D'Arcy – Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home, 2611 Main Street, Stratford.
