Barbara Joan Price Rockwell, age 80, of Milford, widow of Everett B. Rockwell, passed away on Thursday March 2, 2017 at Golden Hill Health Care. Born in Bridgeport on July 10, 1936 she was the daughter of the late Edward and Beatrice Baker Price. She worked in the accounting department of Ragu Corporate offices before her retirement. Barbara enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family. She was a lifelong parishioner of Summerfield United Methodist Church where she married Everett in 1955. Survivors include a son, Robert (Judy) Rockwell of Shelton, a daughter, Bonnie (Robert) Finta of Shelton, a sister, Joyce (Richard) Fredericks of Milford , 3 grandchildren; Jacqueline Lovell, Robert Luciano and Ryan Rockwell, 3 great grandchildren; Cassandra Lovell, Rocco Luciano and Adiana Marenyi and several nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday March 5, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Dennis & D'Arcy – Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home, 2611 Main St. Stratford. Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 6, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home with Rev. Simeon Law, officiating. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, Stratford.
