Arlene Maglione Thompson, age 79 of Lordship passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 5, 2014 in her home. She was the widow of Walter Edward Thompson Jr. Born on April 12, 1935 she was a daughter of the late Leonard and Hazel Maglione. She was employed at City Trust for many years until her retirement. Arlene is survived y her son Edward Thompson Sr. of Stratford and her grandsons; Edward Thompson Jr. and Jeremy Thompson. Funeral services will take place on Thursday, Oct. 9, 2014 at 10:00 am at the Dennis & D'Arcy – Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home, 2611 Main Street, Stratford with Rev. Ed Rawls officiating. Interment will follow in the Union Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may greet the family on Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2014 from 4 to 7 pm at the funeral home.
