Anthony Michael Zukowski, age 95 of Bridgeport, husband of the late Nell Dombek Zukowski passed away on Monday March 9, 2015 at Northbridge Health Care. Born in Bristol, CT on November 16, 1919, he was the son of the late Matthew and Michalena Lobaczewski (nee Jalutis) Zukowski. In addition to his wife he was predeceased by his son, James Zukowski, daughter Arlene Gambino and brothers, John and Adam Zukowski and sister Helen Zukowski. Anthony is survived by son, Donald Zukowski and wife Jan Nolan of Clinton and step-son, Robert Duane and wife Catherine of W. Springfield, MA, grandchildren Diana Coyne and husband David of W. Springfield, MA, Brian Duane of Princeton, NJ, Neil Zukowski of Green Bay, WI, Laura Gambino, great grandchildren, Sophie and Jason Coyne and several nieces and nephews. Anthony was a WWII Veteran of the U.S. Navy with a rank of Chief Signalman. He retired at the age of 89 as a Judicial Marshall at the Bridgeport Superior Court. He was the 2nd oldest employee of the State of Connecticut.

Friends are invited to attend graveside services on Friday March 13, 2015 at 11:00 a.m in Mt. Grove of Easton Cemetery. Harvester Rd. Easton with Deacon Raymond Chervenak , officiating.
