Ann Doreen Kennedy, age 62 of Stratford widow of Timothy A. Kennedy passed away on Sunday June 15, 2014 in Vitas Hospice at St. Mary's Hospital, Waterbury. Born in Kingston-on-Thames , Surrey, UK she was the daughter of Doreen Tyler Cheeseman and the late Michael J. Cheeseman and was an office administrator for Volvo-Mazda of Milford. Ann enjoyed cooking, gardening, traveling and the beach. She loved being with her family and friends especially her grandchildren. Survivors in addition to her mother included her devoted children, a son, Scott D. Kennedy of Stratford and a daughter, Natasha Vaccarelli and her husband Matthew of Waterbury, two brothers, Paul Cheeseman and David Cheeseman and his wife Carole both of England, two sisters, Janet Irvine and husband Paul of Wales and Joann Heath and husband Clive of England, three loving grandchildren, Angel and Maia Kennedy and Mason Vaccarelli and several nieces and nephews. Friends and relatives are invited to attend a service of remembrance on Thursday June 19, 2014 at 5:30 p.m. in the Dennis & D'Arcy – Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home, 2611 Main St. Stratford. Friends and relatives may greet the family on Thursday from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. prior to services.
