Obituary

Our beloved daughter, sister, and friend Angela Marie Thibodeau passed peacefully on December 7, 2023, living at the time in Washougal, Washington.

Angela was born on December 2, 1971 in Longmont, Colorado. She was born to Sharon Rose Blanco and lived in Colorado with her mother and caring grandmother Rose Morton until she was 12. She moved to Connecticut with her mother and step-father Homer McNair, and attended St. Andrews Middle School and Trumbull High School. She graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a BA in Communications.

Angela was best known for her kindness, jovial mood, and honesty. She loved her husband Thomas Thibodeau (also known as "Tom the Bomb") more than anything in her life. She also adored her dogs Daisy, Elvis, Tiki, and Bohdi, as well as her cats Simi and Callie.

Angela was the life of the party. You could always catch Angela with her pets or out golfing, watching football and golf, reality TV, all while enjoying a glass of wine. She loved Tom Brady and Taylor Swift and would passionately defend them to anyone she knew. She also was a loving daughter and sister, calling home on a daily basis.

Alongside living a full life, Angela was an incredible worker. She successfully navigated a career in human resources across several Fortune 500 companies and overcame any challenges she faced as a woman in her industry.

Angela is survived by her mother Sharon, step-father Homer, brothers Kevin and Corey McNair, and her dog Bohdi and cat Callie. We know she's looking down on all of us now with her beautiful smile.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to support the fight against brain tumors that affected her mother and husband. You can contribute to the National Brain Tumor Society (www.braintumor.org).
