Agnes Comandini Falco, aged 92, died peacefully on December 23,2013. Agnes was born in Hibbing MN, and shortly after she and her family returned to Ancona Italy. Upon their return to America they settled in Bridgeport where she spent the remainder of her life. She enjoyed baking and cooking for family and friends and after many years of working at Hawie Manufacturing she followed her passion and owned several area restaurants . She was predeceased by her husband of 58 years of marriage , Benny Falco and several sisters and one brother. She is survived by her son Joseph Falco of Bridgeport and daughter Patricia (Peter) Darbisi of Sandy Hook, 5 grandchildren , Lisa LeBlanc of Newtown , Donna (Jack) DaMota of Monroe, Denise (Bill) D'Amore of Trumbull , Dawn (Miguel) Barreira of Stratford, Joseph Falco of Stratford and 14 Great Granchildren.
Friends and relatives are invited to attend funeral services on Friday December 27, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Margaret Shrine, 2523 Park Ave Bridgeport with Rev. Alphonso Picone celebrating a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Mt. Grove of Easton, CT. Friends may greet the family from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the Dennis & D'Arcy – Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home, 2611 Main St. Stratford.
