Flora M. Dunn Wilcoxson, age 90, of Stratford , widow of Alfred Anson Wilcoxson passed away peacefully on her birthday, Sunday March 25, 2012 at St. Vincent Medical Center . Born in Bridgeport on March 25, 1922 , she was the daughter of the late William and Margaret Lillis Dunn. Flora enjoyed gardening, cooking and loved animals. Most of all she loved being with her family and will be sadly missed by all who survive her. Two sons, Terry Wilcoxson and his wife Clarice of Trumbull and Robert D. Wilcoxson of Nokomis, FL, two brothers and their wives; John and Ruth Dunn of New Hampshire and Alfred and Becky Dunn of NC, 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son Thomas Wilcoxson. Friends and relatives are invited to attend the funeral on Wednesday March 28, 2012 at 12 noon in the Dennis & D’Arcy – Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home, 2611 Main St. Stratford . Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday morning from 10:00 to 12:00 pm prior to services. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery .
