Esther Leah Stapley Wojtul, age 96, of Stratford, widow of Peter Wojtul passed away peacefully on Friday morning May 4, 2012 at Bridgeport Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Born in Bridgeport, she was a retired executive secretary for the Ethyl Corporation and later the Continental Can Company both of New York. She was one of the first residents of Oronoque Village in Stratford and was a member of the Bulls and Bears at Oronoque. Survivors include her beloved daughter; Edith Briner of Stratford, two grandchildren, Lacy Accardi and her husband Michael of Fairfield and March Briner and his wife Denise of Georgia, four great grandchildren, Samantha, Autumn, Adrian and Addison and one great grandson ,Collin. A memorial service will by announced at a later date by the Dennis & D’Arcy – Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home, 2611 Main St. Stratford.
